How can I become a member?
Membership to Sidero.com.tr is free. In order to become a member click membership link and provide your name surname, a gsm phone number and e-mail address. By completing your delivery and invoice addresses you can proceed shopping.

I cannot proceed on member entrance what shall I do?
If you enter your mail address by clicking the “I forgot my password” link in the member entrance screen, your password will be sent to your mail address.
I you forgot your registered mail address you should create a new membership with a new e-mail address and gsm phone number(s). Please refer to “How can I become a member” article, or contact to us.

How do I make shopping?
You can add the items to your shopping basket without being a member, but you will be asked for your membership number to continue and complete shopping. Refer to article “How can I become a member”. After you enter your membership information on the web site you may continue shopping. After you select the delivery address and payment method by using the “Purchase” button in your basket you can complete the shopping by proving the credit card information if you will pay by credit card, or if you choose bank transfer method you should include the order number provided to you by email in the note field of the remittance.
As bank confirmation for your payment is normally informed to us on the next day, in order to accelerate your transaction you may fax the bank slip by writing your order number to 0242-753-20-13. Information related to your order shall be immediately sent to your mail address. During the security check your order may be cancelled if your phone number can not be accessed. Therefore please make sure that the gsm phone number(s) that you entered is correct, for all the information concerning your order these number(s) and your e-mail address shall be used.

What should I check when placing my order?
Your orders will be sent to the delivery address specified.
One of the most frequent causes of the delays in delivery is the inadequate address information. Please provide your delivery address information in full details.
As the invoice address information can not be changed after the invoicing transaction, please do not confirm your order unless the invoice information is correct.
In some cases your oral confirmation may be requested by the bank.
In such cases, your bank will call you through your information registered in bank files. In order your bank to access you please be sure that your personal information registered in bank files is up-to-dated.
Please make sure that the phone number entered to our web site is correct. All the information relating to your order will be given through this number and your e-mail address.

How long will it take to receive my items?
Items are shipped within approximately 7 business days after we receive your order.
Any problem that may be encountered during the preparation of your order will be informed by our store representatives through the phone numbers registered in our files.

Can you send the jewelry that I purchased as a gift directly to the person?
Provide the address of the person that will receive the package to the delivery address field and indicate that the jewelry will be sent as a gift. Your items will be gift-wrapped free of charge. If you want to send a special message to the recipient, you may provide it in the message field.
SIDERO shall not be liable for any package that is not received by the specified recipient.

What should I check when I take the delivery and afterwards?
Damaged packages shall not be taken delivery, and a written record should be caused to be prepared and signed by the officer of the Cargo Company. In the case if the officer of the Cargo Company is in the opinion that the package is not damaged, you shall be entitled to request the package caused to be opened and checked whether the product is damaged and such situation to be drawn by a written record. If the package is not accepted and a written record is drawn, the situation should be notified to SIDERO within the shortest time possible accompanied with your copy of the written record. After taking the delivery check your jewelry (whether the ring fits your finger etc). Your certificate should be sent together with the jewelry, please keep the certificate in a secure place.

How can I return the jewelry that I purchased?
If you want to return your item, contact to Sidero within seven (7) days as from the date of delivery. Any parcel that is sent without getting the approval of Sidero shall not be delivered from the Cargo Company. The customers are obliged to return the product as it is delivered. Together with the item to be retuned, original invoice (all copies) and a petition indicating the reason for return should be submitted. All shipping fees for the return items which are congruent to the foregoing conditions shall be paid by the customer.

Is your jewelry guaranteed?
Our guarantee covers the defects in production and workmanship even in its smallest part of any jewelry item purchased from us. Any defects that may occur due to incorrect usage, physical and accidental damages, being lost or stolen are not included in the guarantee coverage. All our products have life time free of charge maintenance warranty.

Together with the jewelry that you buy, internationally valid jewelry certificate will also be send to you.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your web site?
It is very important for us to ensure the security of all the transactions you execute on our web site, and your personal information. I couldn’t use my credit card on your web site what could be the reason for it?
For the purpose of our customers’ credit cards safety, bank authorization is required for the orders to be paid by credit cards. Authorization period is as follows: Credit card security department of the bank, when necessary, accesses our customer through the phone number registered among the personal information in the bank, receives the confirmation of the customer and notifies us. In order this process to be carried out, your personal information in the bank files should be up-to-dated. As we haven’t received the confirmation of the bank for your order, please call your bank and provide a phone number to contact you in the shortest possible time.

Can I pay by bank transfer?
When paying by bank transfer please make sure to provide the order number mailed to you in the order information in the explanation field. If you remit your payment with the name and surname designated in the member form, please include this name and surname in the explanation field and fax the bank slip to +90 242 7532013.

Can I give order by phone or fax?
You can not place your order by only a phone call. However, you may download the pre-order form to your computer by filling completely you may fax it. The order document that will be sent to you upon receipt of your pre-order form should be approved and signed and re faxed to us. Order transaction is completed when you receive the order approval document faxed by us upon the order amount is transferred to our bank account. After receiving your payment confirmation from our bank we will send you a fax relating to your payment. Subsequently your order is prepared and sent.
Note: In order to accelerate your transaction please fax us the bank slip.

Do I need to pay anything extra apart from the label price?
No, there are no extra charges. Label price is the net amount that you are going to pay, it includes vat and the shipment fee.

Can I change the delivery address after I have placed the order?
For security purposes it is not possible to change the delivery address of an order which is authorized by the bank.

How do I change the recipient after I have placed my order?
Recipient should not be changed after the order is placed. Your order is delivered to the recipient at the delivery address only if he/she is proved to be a 1st degree relative by checking his/her pictured identification card and upon signature.

What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?
Cargo officer will hold the package and leave a notice indicating the phone number of the cargo company. Delivery will be realized after you inform the customer service of the cargo company for another time interval to pick-up the package.
