SALES AGREEMENT

- Persons younger than 18 years of age are not allowed to make shopping through Sidero.com.tr.
- Shopping can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or by bank transfer through Sidero.com.tr, payment methods other than credit cards and bank transfer shall not be accepted. In the case, if relevant bank transfer will not be affected within latest 7 days then such purchasing order shall be canceled.
- The cases which are not existing at the date when the agreement is signed and which can not be stipulated, that develop beyond the control of the parties, and which make impossible the fulfillment of the entire or partial of the obligations and liabilities undertook by one or both of the parties or which make impossible the timely fulfillment of such obligations and liabilities shall be considered as force majeure (Natural disaster, war, terror, riot, regulatory provisions, confiscation or strike, lockout, failure or defect materially affecting manufacturing and communication facilities). The party suffering from the force majeure event shall immediately inform the other party in written form. Throughout the continuation of force majeure case no liability shall be born for the parties in consequence of their failure to fulfill their obligations. In the circumstance if the force majeure would last for a period of 10 (ten) days, each of the parties shall be entitled to cancel the agreement unilaterally.
- Sidero.com.tr shall not be responsible for the price errors arising from typesetting and system failures.

- You shall be considered as automatically consented and agreed the shopping terms and conditions written hereinabove by making shopping through Sidero.com.tr. In the case if you have not entirely or partially read such terms written hereinabove or if you accept these terms without reading it, it shall not mean that you do not consent and agree the sanctions of these aforementioned terms, on the contrary you shall be considered as you have fully read and comprehend and consent and agree with all the sanctions even under such circumstance.
Note: The agreement hereinabove and the aforementioned sanctions only consist of an agreement prepared for the purposes for protecting persons or entities which we perceive ourselves responsible for their safety and security against the unpleasant and unfavorable conditions that can be committed in a planned or planned way by the malevolent persons.
